Sreevari Benefit Society Ltd. (SBS) was established in the year 1986 under the companies act 1956 and approved by Govt. of India as a Nidhi Company with head quarters at Chennai.

During the year 2012 the Registered Office was shifted to Woraiyur, Trichy and a fully computerized branch was opened during the FY 2012-13. It is managed by people who have experience in banking and financial industry.
